Résumé des résultats (Abstract) (Anglais)	The WOBSIM project aims at the use of emerging wireless sensor technology for onboard data communication inside of satellites. The objective is to build and configure a network simulator that can be used for the planning and dimensioning of wireless sensor networks for future satellite missions. This goal will be reached through implementation and test of a sensor network in a space mockup, which can be configured to typical satellite environments. The analysis of the test data with stochastical methods will yield the configuration parameters for the software simulator. This project is a support activity for ongoing and future activities that will allow Contraves to become a provider for specialized wireless communication infrastructure and foster its position among European aerospace concurrents.
