Investitionen in eine im globalen Produktionswettbewerb momentan attraktiv erscheinende Produktionsregion sind mit erheblichen Unwägbarkeiten und unternehmerischen Risiken verbunden. Am Case der vereinbarten, zu institutionalisierenden Zusammenarbeit der Sultex AG mit einem Produktionspartner, TianYi in Weifang, China, und zusätzlich anhand eines zweiten und dritten Cases (möglichst von Unternehmen, die bereits im KTI-Projekt 8353.1 ¿DC-SC-M¿ organisiert sind) sollen für Schweizer KMU Methoden entwickelt, erprobt und optimiert werden für den effektiven Investitionsschutz, die Risikominimierung und die Wahrung der unternehmerischen Flexibilität in Bezug auf die weltweite Errichtung von Produktionsstandorten.
