Abstract (Englisch)	Identifying molecular targets in the cellular machinery is a prerequisite for the discovery of new drugs. Alteration of critical protein-protein interactions is involved in many diseases, such as neurodegenerative disorder and cancer. To study protein complexes, CovalX has developed a new patented method based on a unique mass spectrometric readout. The mass spectrometric data generated by CovalX method requires a bioinformatics tool to help researchers to interpret their experiments. The aim of the project is to develop this new bioinformatics tool.
