Abstract (English)	With the communications industry moving into millimeter wave frequencies, accurate characterization of coaxiall connectors at frequencies above 60 GHz becomes an important issue. In this context calibration standards and verification techniques are essential to obtain reliable measurement results. The 1.85mm-connectors and the new 65 GHz connectors (MMPX) from Huber+Suhner are not yet certified by national standards institutions. Both project partners Huber+Suhner as well as Agilent, the worlds leading company for measurement equipments are strongly interested in the necessary calculation techniques to be developed in this project in order to trace the electrical properties of connectors, adapters and Calkit components reliably to their mechanical dimensions.
