Based on the first part of the project that covered definitions of key terms and various approaches to secure critical infrastructures against computer network attacks this study elaborates on those recommendations.

Project aims (English)

To improve protection of CI against CNO this study will provide recommendations for possible activities in the area of research of critical infrastructure vulnerability, exchange of information, international law and arms control.

The project will provide policy recommendations for possible activities (follow-up to the International Expert Conference on Computer Network Attacks and the Applicability of International Humanitarian Law, held in Stockholm, 17-19 November 2004 and inputs to the CIP initiative in the Conference on Disarmament).
