The project will provide policy recommendations for possible activities (follow-up to the International Expert Conference on Computer Network Attacks and the Applicability of International Humanitarian Law, held in Stockholm, 17-19 November 2004 and inputs to the CIP initiative in the Conference on Disarmament).
