Short description (English)

We will investigate the Swiss dairy chain as whole, to understand the links between stages in the dairy chain.By developing sustainability indicators in consultation with the participating stakeholders, we will understand the dependencies between these different aspects of sustainability and define a consistent sustainability solution space.

Project aims (English)

Our research aims to inform policymakers and actors of the Swiss dairy sector regarding the sustainability of various options and events.
