The focus of this study is to provide a first overview of potential criteria to success. As an initial step towards a CIP code of practice, three areas have been chosen as a starting point to identify criteria to success:

• CIP management processes

• Dependability of CI

• Financing and statistics

Project aims (English)

The objective of this study is to initiate the work on a “CIP code of practice.” It will suggest a framework for good practice by identifying successfully applied CIP approaches.

The project will support the preparatory work of the EAPC Workshop on CIP (2006 and 2007) and provide policy recommendations for possible future activities.
