The Swiss road account tries to determine the expenses coverage ratio of each of the categories of vehicles using the road network. Different studies concerning the reliability of the results obtained by the road account insisted on the necessity of revising periodically the values of the users cost's distribution keys, to adapt them to the traffic data evolution.
The research aims are to verify and to correct, if needed, the values concerning:
· the percentages distribution of construction and maintenance costs that can be directly attributed to users' category
· the percentages of the capacities costs that are linked or not to the use of the road
· the proportional and exponential equivalence coefficients used for the distribution of costs linked to the vehicles weight
This revision also has to take into account the introduction of vehicles limited in 40to even 44to

Kurzbeschreibung (Französisch)

Le compte routier suisse cherche à déterminer le degré de couverture de frais de chacune des caté-gories de véhicules utilisant le réseau routier. Divers rapports établis concernant la fiabilité des ré-sultats obtenus par le compte routier ont insisté sur la nécessité de réviser périodiquement les va-leurs des clés de répartition des frais des usagers, afin de les adapter à l'évolution des données de trafic.
La recherche vise à vérifier et corriger le cas échéant les valeurs concernant :
· les pourcentages de répartition des frais de construction et d'entretien pouvant être directement attribués à une catégorie d'usagers
· les pourcentages des coûts de capacités liés ou non à l'utilisation de la chaussée
· les coefficients d'équivalence proportionnels et exponentiels utilisés pour la répartition des coûts liés au poids des véhicules
Cette révision doit également tenir compte de l'introduction de véhicules limités à 40to voire 44to.

Mettre à jour les coefficients d'équivalence proportionnels et exponentiels utilisés pour la répartition des coûts liés au poids des véhicules. Vérifier, mettre à jour le cas échéant et valider les pourcentages utilisés pour la répartition des coûts de capacité et des coûts liés au poids des véhicules dans le compte routier.
