Short description (English)

Currently the hepatitis B vaccination is recommended in adolescents of 12-15 years of age. In 1999 a study was set up to identify how widely the programme had been implemented in Switzerland and how many children had completed the recommended course of vaccinations (three or two separate vaccinations). Demographic data such as age and sex were collected together with other factors such as ethnicity and social class.
Analysis of the original data has been completed. This project is to analyse and write up findings from the planned second part of the study that will look at additional variables. These additional variables are yet to be decided and the data will be collected from January 2005.

Le produit prévu dans ce contrat n'a pas pu être livré, avec motifs fournis dans les délais. D'autres prestations dans le cadre de contrats liés à celui-ci ont été réalisées avec le montant versé ici.

Des conseils ont été prodigués pour la collecte des données concernant les vaccins contre l'hépatite B dans le cadre des études de couverture vaccinale effectuées pour l’OFSP sous la coordination de l’ISPM Zurich.

Un rapport technique sur l’opportunité et les méthodes d’études de séroprévalence des hépatites en Suisse (contrat no 04.002025) ainsi que les analyses concernant l’hépatite C (contrat no 04.001719 et 04.002023) ont été réalisés en partie avec les ressources allouées dans le présent contrat.
