Die nachhaltige und angebotsorientierte Verkehrsplanung macht individuelle Einstellungs- und Verhaltensänderungen nötig. Damit rückt der Mensch als Indi-viduum in den Mittelpunkt des Interesses. Wie lernen wir seine Einstellungen, seine Motive und Motivationen im Verkehr kennen? Um diesen Fragen auf den Grund zu gehen, wurde im Rahmen des SVI-Forschungsprojektes 42/94 nach dem Motto ,,über den Hag schauen" ein interdisziplinäres Team gebildet. Die Er-gebnisse des gemeinsamen Verständigungsprozesses wurden als Verständnismodell der Mobilitätshandlungen im Verkehr zusammengefasst. Es umfasst die Einflussbereiche der Wahrnehmung, der individuellen psychosozialen Verarbei-tung und der gesellschaftlichen Regelung.

Mit der Weiterführung des Forschungsprojektes soll einerseits das Verständnismodell überarbeitet und zu einem operationalisierten Handlungsmodell vertieft werden. Dieses umfasst einen Katalog von Indikatoren und Beziehungen, mit dessen Hilfe in der praktischen Tätigkeit Wirkungen von Projekten auf Verkehrsverhalten, Modal-Split, Wegwahl etc. beurteilt werden können. Andererseits soll möglichst vielen interessierten Verkehrsingenieuren die Gelegenheit gegeben werden, sich in Form von Werkstattgesprächen am Forschungsprozess zu betei-ligen. Damit wird gewährleistet, dass die Resultate an den Erfordernissen der Praxis ausgerichtet werden.

Der Nutzen des Projektes betrifft folgende Bereiche:
- Praxisnahe Umschreibung der Verhaltensmechanismen der Mobilität
- Abschätzung der Effizienz von Massnahmen zur Umsetzung verkehrspolitischer Zielsetzungen
- Beurteilungsgrundlagen zur Wirkung von Konzepten und konkreten Projekten

Short description (English)

Sustainable and supply-oriented traffic planning makes individual attitude and behavior modification necessary. Thus in this project human beings as individuals move into the focus of interest. How do we learn about human attitudes, motives and motivation in traffic? In order to investigate these questions thoroughly, an interdiscliplinary team was formed in the context of the SVI-Research project 42/94, according to the motto "take off your blinders". The results of this interdisciplinary process of negociation were summarized as an explanatory model for the unterstanding of behavior (acts of mobility) in traffic. The model treats the areas of perception, of individual psychosocial processing and societal regulation.

With the continuation of the research project, the explanatory model shall, on the one hand, be revised and deepened to an operational model for behavior in traffic. The project includes a catalogue of indicators and relationships with the help of which the effects of measures taken on traffic behavior, Mode-Split, choice of route etc. can be evaluated in practice. On the other hand, workshops will enable as many interested traffic engineers as possible to participate in the research process. Thus is ensured that the results are directed to the requirements of practice.

The application of the project concerns the following areas:
- Reformulation of the behavioral mechanisms of mobility according to standard usage;
- Estimating the efficacy of steps toward the realization of political objectives as they relate to traffic;
- Principles of evaluation relating to the general impact of concepts and concrete projects.

Ausarbeitung eines Handlungsmodells der individuellen Mobilität. Die Operationalisierung von Indikatoren auf verschiedenen Modellebenen soll die Anwendung in der praktischen Verkehrsplanung ermöglichen.
