Das System SILAS wird eingesetzt, um den schweiz. landw. Sektor kurz- und mittelfristig zu analysieren und um die Kosten für den allgemeinen Sektor auf unterschiedlichen Strategien der Agrarpolitik zu prognostizieren.

The system Silas is used to analyse and forecast the short and medium term supply of Swiss agricultural sector and to estimate the related costs for the public sector at different strategies of agricultural policy.

Objectifs du projet (Allemand)

Ein georgraphisches Informationssystem soll den Entscheidungsträger über die in der Schweiz verfügbaren Nahrungsressourcen, d.h. Nahrungsmittelvorräte und indirekte Nahrungsressourcen, informieren. Es soll regelmässige und ereignisbedingte Aufdatierungen ermöglichen und Prognosen zur Entwicklung der Ressourcen liefern. Das IS-LAG soll auch als zentrales Informationssystem der gesamten entscheidungsunterstützenden Umgebung dienen.

Objectifs du projet (Anglais)

A geographical information system that informs the decision-maker about the available resources of sustenance, e.g. stock and indirect resources of sustenance. It ensures regular and event related up-dating in order to inform about the developments of resources. IS-LAG functions also as a central information system in the decision supporting vicinity.

Ernährungssicherung für die Schweiz: Dem Bundesamt für wirtschaftliche Landesversorgung stehen ein System zur Lagebeurteilung, ein System zur Entscheidungsunterstützung in der Angebotslenkung und ein System zur Entscheidungsunterstützung in der Nachfragelenkung zur Verfügung.
