the evaluation of athletes mental representation built during sport situations presents two crucial issues: first, the access of athletes mental representation is difficult, as a reasonable amount of information indludes in this mental representation is thought to be built implicitly; second, the information includes in athletes mental representation can be visual or linguistic. This project focalises on the linguistic aspects of athletes mental representation. Futur directions might consider the assessment of different forms of representation, which might be complementary to the linguistic aspect of athletes mental representation

Project aims (German)

this project is concerned with differences between expert and non-expert athletes, it is aimed at accessing both populations . The first stage will encompass the total use of 20 participants divided into two groups. For the second stage, it is expected that a total of 62 participants will be tested. There will be an expert athlete group, a non-expert athlete group and a non-athlete group, composed of participants foreign to the sport under scrutiny.
