Abstract (English)	Photodynamic therapy (PDT) using aminolevulinic acid (ALA) and some of its derivatives has recently found its first commercial applications in dermatology and urology. Hair removal using PDT is an aesthetic application that meets a very large market demand. In this project, new ALA-derivatives and new vectors for their deliveries will be developed in order to improve long term hair removal while decreasing unwanted side effects.
