Abstract (German)	Ziel der Zusammenarbeit zwischen demBiozentrum der Universität und MyoContract AG ist die Entwicklung vonTiermodellen für Kachexie (schwere Formen des Muskelschwundes), insbesondere Tumor-induzierte Kachexie . Mit Hilfe dieser Tiermodelle sollen neue durch MyoContract synthetisierte und patentierte entwicklungs-präparate identifiziert und profiliert werden, die selektiv die Melanocortin-Typ 4 Rezeptoren im Gehirn blockieren (MC4-RAntagonisten).
