Allergy Profiling by Label-Free Detection in Array Formats

Abstract (Englisch)

The project allergy profiling shall develop dedicated platforms and apply label-free detection systems for the quantitative measurement of antibodies to allergens and/or proteins (allergens) themselves. Products to be developed are biochips for specific IgE (and/or IgG) allergen detection in combination with cost-effective label-dependent and label-free detection systems on novel ultra-high sensitive optical microarray platforms.
