A new cylcosporine, a potential candidate for treatment of AIDS, will be used as model The oral route of drug administration is the most convenient and is always chosen whenever possible. For poorly bioavailable active principles, an adequate oral formulation is crucial to increase the absorption. The objective of this project is to set up a relevant in vitro model to predict the oral absorption of an active principle formulated in an advanced drug delivery system.
