Abstract (Englisch)	SafeBaseTM (TheraSTrat) is a theragenomic knowledge management system, which integrates data from medical sciences, biology and chemistry. The general aim is the prediction of adverse drug reactions (ADRs). An add-in for more precise predictions of the chemical structure of new drugs in regard to possible ADRs shall be developed. Most cheminformatics software systems allow searching for whole molecules or fragments in 2D.
