The International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) will organise three Global Security Reviews (2005, 2006, 2007) in Switzerland and establish a legal entity with its seat in Geneva and according and subject to Swiss law. The Global Security Reviews will be designed to involve some of the world's leading strategists and policy makers. 10 persons designated by the Swiss Confederation will be entitled tot take part in each of the Global Security Reviews 2005-2007 free of charge.

To involve some of the world's leading policy makers and, if possible, encourage new policy initiatives.
