Soziale Anlaufstelle
In Erfüllung eines Postulats (00.3007) hat das Bundesamt für Sozialversicherung Interface Politikstudien beauftragt eine Untersuchung durchzuführen, welche die Hindernisse für die Bevölkerung im Zugang zu sozialen Leistungen analysiert sowie bestehende Massnahmen, welche in den Kantonen oder Gemeinden getroffen wurden, um diesen Hindernissen zu begegnen, prüft.
Zur Beantwortung der Fragen wurden die verfügbaren Dokumente analysiert sowie telefonische und persönliche Befragungen bei Kantonen, Gemeinden, Privaten, Verbänden und zuständigen Konferenzen durchgeführt. Eine gesamtschweizerische Bestandesaufnahme ermöglichte, 18 sehr unterschiedlich ausgestaltete Projekte zu identifizieren, wovon acht tiefer geprüft wurden: Sozial Info Rex (Stadt Luzern), Boutique d'information sociale (Stadt Neuenburg), Informationszentrum der Stadt Zürich, Sozialzentrum Selnau (Stadt Zürich), centres d'action sociale et de santé (Kanton Genf), regionale Anlaufstellen zur Koordination von Sozialleistungen (Kanton Tessin), regionale Anlaufstellen für Sozialversicherungsfragen (Kanton Solothurn), Ausgleichskasse/IV-Stelle Kanton Nidwalden.

Following a parliamentary motion (00.3007) the Federal Social Insurance Office commissioned Interface, a private research institute, to carry out a study that analyses the obstacles to the obtention of social insurance benefits and measures already introduced by cantons and municipalities to overcome this problem.
The study involved an analysis of the available documentation as well as telephone and interview-based surveys of the selected cantons, municipalities, individuals, associations and committees responsible for social insurance matters. Based on a nationwide survey, 18 relevant and widely differing projects were identified. Eight were analysed in detail: Sozial Info Rex (city of Lucerne), Boutique d'information sociale (city of Neuchatel), Informationszentrum of the city of Zurich, Sozialzentrum Selnau (canton of Zurich), centres d'action sociale et de santé (canton of Geneva), regionale Anlaufstellen zur Koordination von Sozialleistungen (canton of Ticino), regionale Anlaufstellen für Sozialversicherungsfragen (canton of Solothurn), and the compensation office/invalidity insurance body of the canton of Nidwalden.

En réponse à un postulat (00.3007), l'Office fédéral des assurances sociales a mandaté l'institut Interface Politikstudien pour effectuer une étude sur les difficultés d'accès aux prestations sociales et sur les mesures prises dans les cantons et les communes pour y remédier.
L'étude se fonde sur la documentation disponible ainsi que sur une enquête téléphonique et des entretiens menés auprès des cantons, communes, organismes privés, associations et conférences intercantonales compétentes. L'état des lieux dressé au niveau national permet d'identifier 18 projets très différents les uns des autres. Huit d'entre eux ont été retenus pour un examen approfondi : Sozial Info Rex (ville de Lucerne), Boutique d'information sociale (ville de Neuchâtel), centre d'information sociale de la ville de Zurich, Sozialzentrum Selnau (ville de Zurich), Centres d'action sociale et de santé (canton de Genève), guichets régionaux de coordination des prestations sociales (Tessin), guichets régionaux pour les questions liées aux assurances sociales (canton de Soleure), caisse de compensation/office AI du canton de Nidwald.

Dando seguito ad un postulato (00.3007), l'Ufficio federale delle assicurazioni sociali ha incaricato l'istituto Interface Politikstudien di eseguire uno studio volto ad analizzare gli ostacoli incontrati dalla popolazione nell'accedere a prestazioni sociali e di esaminare i provvedimenti in atto in Cantoni o Comuni per ovviare a questi ostacoli.
Per trovare una risposta a questi quesiti sono stati analizzati i documenti disponibili e svolti sondaggi telefonici ed interviste personali presso Cantoni, Comuni, privati, associazioni e Conferenze competenti. Una rilevazione su scala nazionale ha permesso di individuare 18 progetti, tra loro assai diversi. Otto di questi progetti sono stati analizzati più a fondo: Sozial Info Rex (città di Lucerna), Boutique d'information sociale (città di Neuchâtel), Informationszentrum der Stadt Zürich (città di Zurigo), Sozialzentrum Selnau (città di Zurigo), centres d'action sociale et de santé (Cantone di Ginevra), sportelli regionali per il coordinamento delle prestazioni sociali (Cantone Ticino), sportelli regionali per questioni inerenti alle assicurazioni sociali (Cantone di Soletta), cassa di compensazione/ufficio AI del Cantone di Nidvaldo.
