Die Suisse-Bilanz ist die im Rahmen des ökologischen Leistungsnachweises in der Schweiz für die Nähstoffbilanzierung auf dem Landwirtschaftsbetrieb geltende Referenz-methode. Sie wird unter der Federführung des Bundesamtes für Landwirtschaft jährlich von der sog. "Groupe téchnique" mit Vertreterinnen der Beratungszentralen LBL und SRVA, des BUWAL, der Forschungsanstalten und einzelnen Kantonen an die sich än-dernden fachlichen Grundlagen und Produktionsrealitäten angepasst

The "Suisse-Bilanz" is the official reference method for nutrient balancing at the farm level for all farms supported by national direct payment or with private label contracts (> 90 %). It is updated every year in accordance with changing know-how and production conditions by a "technical group" with representatives of the Swiss centres for agricultural extension LBL and SRVA, the Swiss Federal Office for forests and landscape, the Swiss federal re-search stations and different cantons under the leadership of the Swiss Federal Office for Agriculture.

Entgegennahme von Anträgen für Änderungen der Referenzmethode jeweils bis 31.12. Bearbeitung der Anträge bis zur nächsten Sitzung der Groupe téchnique vom 2. März 2005. Nach der Sitzung wird die Referenzmethode von den Beratungszentralen LBL und SRVA gemäss den Entscheidungen der "Groupe téchnique" auf das kommende Anbau-jahr hin (spätestens August) aktualisiert (Handmethode und Software).

Submission of proposals for adaptations of the reference method until December 31.
Processing of the proposals until the the following meeting of the "technical group" (March 2, 2005.
After this meeting the reference-method "Suisse-Bilanz" (print product and software) is updated by the Swiss centres for agricultural extension LBL and SRVA in time for the new growing-season (latest by August) in accordance with the decisions of the "technical group".
