In the light of the Swiss contribution to the reconciliation process in the Balkans, those aspects of the Swiss model which Bosnia and Herzegowina which Bosnia and Herzegovina wants to adopt are identified. The study further clarifies to which extent Switzerland has developed best practices and lessons learned for these needs.

Prepare proposals on how best practices and lessons learned can be applied optimally in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
