In the Solid Oxide Fuel Cells industry, anode supported electrolyte membranes (ASE) have the potential to become the industry standard, as reduced stack operating temperatures (700-800 °C) reduce degradation rates and allow for major system cost reduction. Several indusry actors focus their efforts on this design.
