Résumé des résultats (Abstract)
(Anglais)
The development of an efficient user-friendly simulation technology for aeroelasticity simulations will be carried out utilising a highly sophisticated, already existing CFD software for unstructured grids as a backbone. This software. Will be improved with respect to the needs for fluid-structure interaction. A coupling procedure will be developed, making use of the most advanced approaches. Interfaces will allow to use any CSM method indicated by the consortium. In addition an interface between the couping method and the CFD code will be provided to allow for validation of the TAURUS CFD software with in-house codes by the partners. All tools including the user environment will be ported to and tested by using an integration platform to be accessed by HPC networks. The system will be accomplished by visualisation/monitoring tool The main objective is to achieve a common European simulation technology for aeroelastic applications.
