Résumé des résultats (Abstract)
(Anglais)
The objective of the project is the definition of a common European analytical framework to develop local agri-environmental programmes. The project will identify the performances of different agricultural systems in relation to the conservation of biodiversity and landscape in 7 different countries through identification and assessment of agriculture impacts over ecosystems environmental multi-functionality, using ecological and agri-environmental indicators at agri-ecosystem/farm levels.
Based upon this information a methodology will be developed to identify agri-environmental targets and measures (e.g. regulatory and/or economic tools), to incentivise the supply of environmental goods and services by farmers and to disincentivise unsustainable agricultural practices. Pilot projects will assess the management feasibility of the analytical framework and tools proposed for agri-environmental measures by local farmers and administrators.
