Two institutions will carry out the project: the "OSCE Cluster of Competence" led jointly by Prof. Ghebali and Dr. Warner and the "Centre for OSCE Research" represented by Dr. Zellner. The objectives of the platform is to become an online platform for academic and political analysis by networking 1) places where documents and secundary literature have been produced and conserved and 2) people and institutions working on the OSCE.
