Dieses Projekt hat den folgenden Inhalt: Mit NOSES 5 bis 6 soll mit einer Pilotanlage demonstriert werden, dass es möglich ist, technische Probleme zu lösen, die bei inhomogenen Biomassen wie landwirtschaftlichen und tierischen Abfällen vorhersehbar sind, und die Effizienz der Biogaserzeugung mit der Biomassetechnologie zu erhöhen. Das Projekt wird von TRL 5 bis zum Abschluss von TRL 6 fortschreiten. Mit den Ergebnissen von NOSES 5 bis 6 wird es dann möglich sein, zur Industrialisierung einer kleinen Anlage überzugehen, die durch Werkstattbau kostengünstig und einfach zu handhaben sein wird. Mit der Realisierung eines kleinen "Plug-and-Play"-Fermenters wird es möglich sein, den Transport von Biomasse, die hohen Anschaffungskosten und die Komplexität der Verwaltung einer Biogasanlage zu vermeiden, die kleine Landwirtschaftsbetriebe und Viehzuchtbetriebe davon abhalten, dieses Energiepotenzial zu nutzen, und auch zu vermeiden, dass die Biomasse im Freien vergärt und CH4 in die Atmosphäre freisetzt.

This project has the following content: With NOSES 5to6, it is intended to demonstrate with a pilot plant, that: it is possible to solve technical problems that can be foreseen with non-homogeneous biomasses such as agricultural and livestock waste and to increase the efficiency ofbiogas production with attached biomass technology. The project will progress from TRL 5 to completion of TRL 6. With the results produced by NOSES 5to6, it will then be possible to proceed to the industrialisation ofa small plant that will reduce its cost and be easy to manage by means of workshop construction. With the realisation of a small-scale "plug and play" digester, it will be possible to avoid the transport of biomas the high purchase cost and the management complexity of a biogas plant, which discourage small farms and livestock holdings from exploiting this energy potential, and also avoid thatthe biomasses ferment in the open air, releasing CH4 into the atmosphere.

Ce projet a le contenu suivant : Avec NOSES 5 à 6, il est prévu de démontrer avec une installation pilote qu'il est possible de résoudre des problèmes techniques prévisibles avec des biomasses non homogènes telles que les déchets agricoles et d'élevage et d'augmenter l'efficacité de la production de biogaz avec la technologie de la biomasse attachée. Le projet passera du TRL 5 à l'achèvement du TRL 6. Avec les résultats produits par NOSES 5 à 6, il sera alors possible de procéder à l'industrialisation d'une petite usine dont le coût sera réduit et qui sera facile à gérer grâce à la construction d'un atelier. Avec la réalisation d'un digesteur "plug and play" de petite taille, il sera possible d'éviter le transport des biomasses, le coût d'achat élevé et la complexité de gestion d'une usine de biogaz, qui découragent les petites exploitations agricoles et d'élevage d'exploiter ce potentiel énergétique, et d'éviter que les biomasses fermentent à l'air libre, libérant du CH4 dans l'atmosphère.
